We collect information directly from you (via email, phone, video call, online forms, job applications, LinkedIn), from publicly available sources, and from third parties such as referees, previous employers, or assessment providers.


We may also collect and store information through our website and digital tools including cookies and analytics, in line with standard usage practices.

We use secure, cloud-based systems including Loxo, our recruitment and CRM platform, to manage candidate and client data. Loxo is based in the United States and processes data on our behalf in accordance with GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles and other international standards.

We restrict access to personal information to authorised personnel only and take reasonable steps to prevent misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
