About the Executive Director, Corporate Services
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director, Corporate Services is a key member of WorkSafe Victoria’s Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of corporate functions. These corporate functions include technology and information, risk, communications, policy, dispute resolution support, professional support and more – and they are all critical to underpin the organisation’s ability to deliver on its purpose and strategy.
Working closely with the CEO, Board, Executive Leadership Team and key external partners and stakeholders, the role will champion digital transformation, innovation and contemporary service delivery, ensuring corporate services functions are supporting WorkSafe strategic priorities and are delivering measurable value for the organisation and the Victorian community.
About You
WorkSafe is seeking an exceptional executive leader with a proven track record leading large, complex and diverse enterprise portfolios within publicly accountable, highly regulated or similarly complex environments.
You will bring significant executive leadership experience, with demonstrated success driving digital transformation and strategic outcomes at scale. Experience leading broad multidisciplinary teams and portfolios across corporate functions will be highly regarded.
You are a highly credible and influential leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complexity. You will be comfortable operating at the most senior levels, building trusted relationships with Boards, executives, government stakeholders and strategic partners.
Most importantly, you will be a strategic and collaborative leader who will foster a high performing and inclusive workplace culture, driving innovation and delivering outcomes.
