Jarrod McLauchlan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hazel Executive & Boards, a specialist executive search and advisory firm working with public sector and for-purpose organisations to appoint impactful leaders and high-performing Boards. With more than 18 years of experience in executive search, Jarrod is recognised for his deep sector knowledge, national networks, and unwavering commitment to achieving successful outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

Jarrod has led CEO, C-suite, and Board appointments across government, statutory authorities, non-profits, and member-based organisations. His consultative approach, strong values alignment, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments have made him a trusted advisor to Chairs, Ministers, and executive teams.

He is a Non-Executive Director of Leadership Victoria, a role that reflects his commitment to leadership development and social impact. Jarrod is also a graduate of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and holds a Bachelor of Business.

He maintains active involvement in the sector as a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and member of Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA).
